First DONT mind the art work from my Grandson. LolI love the wooden box to keep it in, and store on the shelf.The train is made of wood. The magnets make it nice make it nice for him to put it together and play with it.He love’s playing with his train when he comes to Nannie and Papa’s. Of course all Melissa and Doug items are wonderful and worth every penny! These magnetic trains are so great. We use them in our transportation theme, counting and color identification. For fine motor skill connecting the trains together and pushing and pulling movements.
