Look no further if you want a gate for a small animal. I tried so many for blocking some areas for my 3.6 lb rabbit. He somehow can get through most of the baby/pet gate on the market (either between bars/extension or from the bottom clearance). This gate is so great with the narrow bars. The installation is simple, it feels sturdy. The auto close feature is handy too. Highly recommend!

The only suggestion I would make is that the company has the instructions properly translated. They were a little confusing and the rough translation didn’t help. Other than that, the product is great!

While this gate isn’t perfect because it does seem to bend at the connection points and doesn’t always stay in place, and the gate hinge broke pretty early, this gate serves its purpose and prevents me from having to screw into our walls. I have a 60.5″ wide doorway and ordered the gate for 57.67-61.61″. It barely fits, and the rods that stick out and press into our walls are sticking out quite a bit so they don’t seem the most sturdy, but it works. My kids can open and close it well, but my 1 year old cannot. So my kids can keep their toys with all their little tiny pieces blocked off in their play room, so my 1-year-old cannot reach them to stick them in her mouth.My kids did somehow break the gate when opening it. I’m not really sure how that happened, but the plastic pieces broke so that the gate door wouldn’t stay on and kept lifting up and off. Fortunately the seller was prompt to send a replacement and I haven’t had any issues with that.I definitely recommend this for wide doorways if you’re wanting a sturdy gate that older kids can easily open and that won’t have to screw into your door frame!
