Bought this for my 3.5 year old son’s room, to go along with his construction theme. Needless to say, he loves the nightlight!It’s well made; I love that there’s no bulb sticking out, so it’s less to worry about as a parent. The light is easy for kids to turn on and off and the colors are nice and bright. The nightlight itself works really well; it lights up my son’s room enough that he can safely leave his room at night to use the bathroom when needed. Bearing in mind, my son is visually impaired, so this light is the perfect amount of brightness to allow him to move around his room safely, but also sleep easily at night too.Highly recommend!Update: December 2021: We have now had this night light since 2019 and it still works perfectly. Have never had any issues with it; so we are still very satisfied with it.

Appears to be rather cheap but holds up just fine and is really cute. My 3-year-old son loves it. It’s pretty bright with the LED bulb it comes with and is the blueish light, not a soft light like I was expecting for a night light. My son likes it though. Also, the truck only screens the front of the light, so light that is emitted from behind and the sides is still pretty bright. We just positioned his tower fan to where it blocks the light from shining across the room directly into his eyes while he’s sleeping.

I read some “bad” reviews and purchased anyway. My grandson LOVES IT!!! The latter is what’s important. Sure…it’s not the best quality in the world, but that really doesn’t matter. He’s so excited that he has this when he has a sleepover at grammy’s and papa’s. I would definitely recommend.

My grandson’s love this nightlight! It emits just the right about of light and, my curious 3-year-old grandson, took it apart more than a few times with no damage to the product at all as there are no bulbs or other parts that could break or be exposed. Good design, good buy and I love that you can turn it off when the grands aren’t here so I don’t waste electricity!

Super cute and went perfectly with the construction theme in my sons room a lot of people complained about how bright or dull the light was but for me it was perfect ! I really love that I don’t need to buy bulbs or worry about DS touching a hot bulb out of curiosity sine it has the built in light u just need to plug in and switch to on. We’ve only been using it for a week so I can’t comment on durability but it’s only a couple bucks so this is a great chance to take.

Let’s face it, my 3-year-old just loves it because it’s a vehicle. But did it pass the mom test? In my case, yes. I was scared that it wouldn’t be bright enough(or too bright) and also scared about my son trying to play with it while it’s in the wall. It’s a perfect brightness and he leaves it alone until it’s time to switch on and off. It is a little smaller than expected but that doesn’t bother me a bit. It doesn’t hold an actual bulb, instead it holds a 120VAC 60Hz 1w little thing that’s screwed in. Overall I’m pleased.

My 3 year old just became afraid of the dark. He also loves construction trucks.This was the perfect solution all around. Because it’s an LED light, it is a bit on the bright side, but I knew a soft light is not offered as an option. It fits perfectly with my sons bedroom decor and I just block some of it to make the light less dramatic.We purchased one for his room and one for each bathroom so he can make his way to the potty without having to turn the lights on.Perfect investment!

Our 5yr old loves this. Puts off just enough light but not to obnoxiously bright. He likes the on off switch so he can turn it on and off every night himself.

I would give it 5 stars but mine came open so I wasn’t really comfortable plugging it in & trying it out. However, it is super cute & just big enough for a child’s room! The picture shows an accurate depiction of the nightlight.
