We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didn’t run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I don’t have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things weren’t working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. I’ve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.

I bought this after my toddler broke my previous monitor (my fault for letting him run around with it). This monitor is cheaper and better. I love that I can direct the camera and it’s super easy to set up. It provides an excellent picture of him, although I admit that if you want to see your child’s facial features, it’s probably not the best. For my purposes, which is just to see if he’s up or sleeping, it works great. It’s got good battery life, and works well throughout the house. It’s also cool that it can play lullabies and that I can talk to him from the monitor, although that kind of freaks him out 🙂 All in all, I would definitely buy again if the need arises.

I love the rotating camera and the ease of use. It’s a great monitor and the picture is really clear, with nice night vision and can last a good while when bit plugged in. It picks up sound really well too. I highly recommend!

My daughter is disabled, and I wanted to have something that would allow me to watch her. This unit is PERFECT!! Excellent product with a FANTASTIC price. Took about 30 seconds to set it up. Highly Recommended.

I needed a cheap baby monitor that I could leave at my in laws because I always forgot to pack one and had no way to check on my daughter when we would be outside during her nap. It was very easy to set up. I played around in the settings and there’s a temperature sensor that can let you know if the room is too hot or too cold, but for some reason the default setting is to alert you if the room is hotter than 90 or cooler than 40 so I updated that. I also liked that for battery saving you could have it where the screen will turn off if the baby’s room is quiet and then the screen will turn on if there’s noise. I think the range works just fine, my in-law’s home is 5,000 square feet and my daughter was upstairs and I had no problem with the monitor staying connected, but I did have the antenna up. I would definitely recommend, especially for the price! It’s a comparable set to our other $120 monitor, with all the same features but just a smaller screen.

This baby monitor set is definitely a must-have for new parents. The peace of mind that it provides amidst the chaos is indispensable. The camera unit is not too large, is sleek and unassuming, was super easy to setup and does come with mounting hardware, if needed. I just put ours on the windowsill that is near baby’s bassinet. The monitor is great; displays in daylight and nighttime video modes that switch as light changes in the room. Also displays the time and room temperature. You can change the camera’s position, zoom, turn the volume on and off, talk to your baby/child via speaker, and adjust other settings. I’ve dropped the monitor many times and it’s held up well, no issues. It does have to be charged often with regular use, but I expected that. Will be buying another camera unit soon as our preschooler transitions to her own room…

Used this product for roughly 4 months then the monitoring screen went black and doesn’t turn on. Reached out to the company for help and received no response. I understand things happen but I’m more so disappointed that the company is not willing to address the issue.Update ☆☆☆☆☆☆Company reached out and offered a refund or an upgraded replacement after Amazon advised nothing could be done. Appreciate the offer and sending us a replacement!

We bought this since we wanted a video monitor now that we have a two story house. The range on the monitor is great and the picture and sound are clear. We do wish there was a way to adjust the sound level without having to go into the settings. The battery life on the monitor part is pretty decent. We love that we can zoom in and out as well as pan around the room easily with this monitor. It’s also pretty durable so far. Our baby keeps pulling it off my desk and dropping it on the floor but we haven’t had any issues.
