Edited: After having emailed the company and written this review, I decided to mail them a letter to the address listed inside the users guide. It was from that that I did receive an email response and I was very much impressed. Apparently, the email address on their website under customer support is incorrect and you should just email the one for information I believe is what she said. They sent me a new parent unit right away with no hesitation whatsoever. It was a much better experience and now I feel very comfortable giving this product five stars for its price.Original post: I have had this monitor for a month. Originally, I was pleased with its performance and would have rated with more stars if it were not for my experience so far with customer service. We have also had a Summer Infant monitor. Although this one I feel like was maybe not quite as good as the Summer Infant, it satisfied for the price. However, this all changed when my three-year-old accidentally knocked it off our bed onto the bedroom floor. That is not a long distance to fall, however the display on the parent unit is now no longer working and the screen is simply white. I can hear the sound but cannot see the picture. This is especially frustrating because now I cannot view the menu in order to switch between the camera for my three-year-old and the camera for my newborn, which is why I bought this monitor in the first place. This happened one week ago. I have emailed customer service three times about it during that one week and have heard nothing back from them. This only adds to my frustration because I feel like a product made to be in the presence of children should be more durable than this, not to mention that the unit was practically still brand new. If Axvue reads this, I would appreciate a response.

I ordered 1 set in July of 2020 and the monitor broke, I couldn’t find a replacement monitor so I reordered (hit reorder the item to make sure I I ordered the same thing so I could use all 4 cameras) the entire set so I could have 4 cameras to use. And the new monitor that came with the June 2021 order is not the same and is not compatible with the 2020 cameras I have. I like that the new cameras have the temperature sensor but I wish I was able to use all 4 of the cameras I have especially since I went to my 2020 order and ordered the same exact monitor and the only thing that’s the same is the brand. The buttons are in different spots as well.

I love this baby monitor. I got one for my baby shower and we used it every night when we started putting our baby to sleep in his own room. My son actually threw the monitor away by accident and I decided to buy the same one to replace it. Night vision is awesome, sound is awesome, it’s a great option that it comes with two cameras. Sometimes I struggle with the signal going through but that isn’t often. The monitor has a decent battery life but I leave it on the charger all night just in case. I Highly recommend!

This monitor and two cameras has really helped with my transition from one to two little ones. My 19 month old is not sleep trained and we lay with her to put her to bed. The newborn sleeps a lot but I want to have a set of “eyes” on her at all times! I use the monitor to watch one while putting the either to bed. It is very easy to set up the cameras and the instruction booklet is not overwhelming- it is super easy to read and follow. The visuals and the sound quality are both excellent, I love that you can turn the actual screen on and off without turning off the whole monitor (for sound reasons). It is a little cumbersome to turn on and off because you have to hold down the button for quite some time. The monitor light is very small and subtle. Our other camera monitor was very distracting for our child. So glad we invested in this one!! Worth every penny.

So far we are very pleased with this baby monitor. We have twins so being able to have two cameras is great. I mounted the cameras over the cribs which was very easily done. I like that the kit comes with whire guides to help the camera plugs look decent. Our house is a one story about 2,000 sqft and the monitor pics up a signal from anywhere in the house. Lighted and dark images come through clearly and the microphones pic of every sound. There’s a setting on the monitor that will alert if the baby cries so you don’t have to keep the monitor on all the time if your using battery mode. As for the battery, we left the monitor unplugged overnight once and it didn’t quite make it until morning but it does last a pretty long time. Another feature I like is the monitor will automatically scroll from one camera to another so you don’t have to switch back and forth. Great equipment for the price and has lots of nice features.

So.. I was extremely hesitate on purchasing this over the summer infant another well known brand monitor but I’m glad I took the leap. The picture quality is great, 2 way communication works well and sounds just like me and I have yet to lose signal in my 2800 sq ft home. The screen kicks off after 3-4 minutes when not plugged in but thats not a big deal (conserving battery). I plan to update my review in a few weeks.Update**I have had this monitor for a month now and have no regrets on purchasing it. I researched and researched baby monitors for weeks before deciding to take the leap on this one. There are so many bad reviews on expensive name brand monitors.Definitely worth every penny spent and meets every need wanted.

There aren’t many quality dual camera monitors out there, but I do absolutely love this one! I can watch both my kids from one monitor without having to buy two different monitors and soon to be three kids! I like that you can add up to 4 cameras to this monitor in order to watch them from different rooms which will help once our third baby arrives. It has an 8 second rotation through each camera or you can select which camera to view at any point in time and leave it on that if you wish. I like that it does not have to stay plugged in, you can take the monitor with you anywhere in the house as it has a pretty good battery life so far. Very impressed and highly recommend.

This is the monitor we still use in both of our kids rooms. I like how you can scan from one camera and the other. After the first year of constant use, the battery doesnt hold a charge when not plugged in, but since we keep it on 24/7 plugged in by our bed, it still works perfectly. We have had it for 2 and a half years of constant use, absolute constantuse. A very good monitor. And I love how I can talk to the boys in their rooms from the device in my room.

I love this it was so simple take it out of the box hold the buttons in ready to go and the picture is great I had an LG one before these colors are vivid on this you could see so clearly I love it great items great price I haven’t really tried the boys to see how the voice is yet I just opened it and set it up a few hours ago.
