EDITED: The seller contacted me & offered to fully refund us due to my concerns. Great customer service!We have loved how this cleans pretty easily, the removable tray, and the look of it. However the straps don’t stay on my daughter well & they loosen pretty fast with minimal movement. My main concern is that the screws in the legs have been becoming loose making the chair unstable & unsafe for my daughter to continue using.

The Komcot Baby Convertible High Chair is a fantastic chair to have your little ones enjoy meals in. It is very sturdy and has a beautiful, natural aesthetic. I appreciate that the tray has a removable piece, so essentially, there are two trays in one. It’s convenient to be able to quickly clean a mess, while having a back up tray for your child to play with toys on. The price point cannot be beat! Just be mindful that the back does not go fully up as other chairs may do to support your child’s head. We purchased this to have at my in-laws house for when we go over. My son was almost a toddler at the time. If my son was around 4 months, it wouldn’t have been a great fit, as it doesn’t hug your child’s body in a snug way. The description on the item shares that the chair is suitable for ages 6 months to 6 years old. I would say that as long as your child can support themselves, especially their head, it would be a great fit. If your kid likes to lean back, probably isn’t the best fit. If your kid likes to bang their head, as my child has started to do, it’s a great fit since the seat area doesn’t go up that high! It truly all depends on your child’s needs. This isn’t a product flaw, so it will not affect my rating on the item. Overall, I would certainly recommend this chair to other Parents.

A customer service rep. reached out immediately to help with my concerns and offered multiple solutions that were actually beneficial. I didn’t even reach out to them, they reached out to me. They could have easily ignored my review but they didn’t. Their concern on ensuring the quality of their product seemed truly genuine. I am pleseantly surprised and almost in shock. I had issues with my highchair, but the customer service I received and the dedication to address and fix my issues makes this a five star product.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The straps slide right off my child. If your kid is a messy eater, the chair might be cute, but it is small and food gets everywhere. I wish I could return this but I unboxed it too late to find out these issues.
