Teeter Totter | Gym Dandy TT-210
Let your children have fun at home as they would at the playground. Get them the colorful Teeter Totter by Gym Dandy that is specially designed for homes. It features large bumper absorbers to significantly reduce impact, making it safer than the park’s traditional teeter totters. The seats are large, elongated, and padded, allowing the little ones to play comfortably without hurting their bottoms. Made of plastic and steel, the Teeter Totter by Gym Dandy has a powder-coated finish and supports up to 300 pounds.

Our family couldn’t be happier with this wonderful product. It took a little over an hour to put together. I was amazed at how large the seats are and how sturdy it is especially since we haven’t even pinned it down yet. My kids (ages 3.5 & 9) Love it and are so happy with the look and how fun it is with handle bars like a bike. It seems to be a product they can use for many years to come. As an adult, I even tried it out with my 9 year old and was extremely impressed. I would definitely recommend and it’s definitely worth the price.

Sturdy, lots of fun, and holds up well in the weather! We keep ours outside, all the time. We have had it for three years now. The seats are faded from the sun, and look cracked, but no rips or holes in the seats yet. When the time comes I will have them reupholstered, but they are outside all year long, and have never had to oil it or anything. my kids ages 6-9 still use it on a regular basis, and I noticed the neighbors just bought one for their kids after seeing ours! Even adults can play on it! Never tips, and the color on the metal has not faded in the least!UPDATE: I noticed the seat was tipped so I went out and it came right off. The wood was rotted under the padding, so I could not reupholster it. The other seat is the same way. HOWEVER… I called the company, Impex, and asked if they could replace the seats. I had to give them the model number which is TT210, The seats are only $10 each! Shipping and handling is $9.87 for where I live. Not bad to replace them after three years of ownership! I am extremely happy with this item and highly recommend it! The seats on mine lasted about a year before weather started to fade them, then another two years before they broke and the wood was all rotted. The metal is still as shiny and bright as it was on the day I bought it! And it works great still!UPDATE 2016 It is now April and our teeter totter is still looking like new! We have had little kids, tweens, and even adults playing on this thing. It stays out in the snow and rain and sunshine. And it gets sun all day long, no shade. It still looks great. Cant go wrong with this item and I have even seen my neighbors buy it too!

We bought this for our grandchildren 4 years ago and it has been out in the weather in coastal TX and survived very well where everything on the coast is exposed to salt in the air and rusts over time. This has an area of some rust on the middle bottom bars but nowhere else! It does not effect the functionality. It has stood up well and their four children have spent hours having fun on it. They are aged 10 and under and were 6 and under when we got it for them. There can be issues of kids getting somewhat jolted when the other one at the other end doesn’t act kindly or just happens to unbalance the other when not paying attention but there has been no major problems or harm done to them. The ONLY problem is that the seat covers are basically missing. The teeter totter is still usable and definitely used. I am not surprised it has not stood up to the elements all these years but I am going to seek a replacement. Well worth the money and very high quality!

I think us adults have more fun than the kids, but that’s ok! It’s very sturdy! It can be a little dangerous for small kids (5-6 is still a little young) because it is such a heavy, metal toy…but it will be great once they are a little older.

The media could not be loaded. Does teeter totter is enjoyed not only by the kids, but by the adults as well. It is fun and comfortable and easy to play on.

After reading all the reviews about the seats falling apart, I bought an extra large shower caps for the seats. It fit perfect, I put it on when not in use. It will protect from the rain and sun. In November I’m going to put the cap and put a thick construction bag over it. Do this to give it more life. I looked at the seat when I received it and I didn’t see any card board, I think after all the complain they improved it with a hard plastic. Good buy for the price, very sturdy. The metal did come with a lot of scuff, just worried is going to start rusting. The scuff and chip were do to delivery. The box came in bad shape.FYI I bought the shower cap from Amazon.

I was worried this would be too small for my kids. But definitely not once put together. My husband can sit on one side while my 5 & 7 year olds sit on the other with no issues. Very sturdy and well made.

Solid, well built. Kids really liked it. Think getting the seat covers would be a good idea to extend the life of the vinyl seats.
